This line uses polyethylene(PE) or polypropylene(PP) as raw material and adopts extrusion & laminating technology.It`s used for laminating PP/PE woven bags,single/double-sided coating ,or laminating single/double-sided BOPP color film(color mark sensor automatically aligns two sides color codes).The packaging materials of this line has higher tensile strength,better air tightness and better moisture-proof property.This line is widely used in producing packing bags of industries such as food,chemical material,beverage,etc.
From uncoiling,laminating to winding,all processes are reasonable.It is suitable for single-sided or double-sided laminating.It is equipped with advanced electrical system,outstanding mechanical device and automatic tension control system.This machine has the advantages of simple operation and stable quality.

1.Its double-station unwinding device adopts magnetic powder tension control system for tension adjusting control.
